Wavytalk

Wavytalk is an international hair-tools brand with a 96-page visual identity, and the Tunisian distributor needed a store that looked like the brand, not like a template.

Behind the shop window, the business runs on cash on delivery: every order has to be confirmed, packed, handed to a courier, and tracked until the money comes back. Done by hand, that means copying addresses into the courier's portal and chasing statuses on the phone.

We built the storefront straight from the brand guidelines.

Haffer XH type, the pink and deep-purple palette, speech-bubble "hair talk", UGC videos, comparison charts, and a how-to video on the product pages, with a cart drawer and a guest checkout built for cash on delivery. Delivery runs on Intigo: the checkout's city and area lists come from Intigo's own regions, a confirmed order becomes a parcel in one click, shipping labels print as a single PDF for a whole batch, and Intigo's webhooks update each order's status automatically. Around that sits a custom back-office: dashboard, orders (including phone orders entered by the team), customers with notes, products, messages, newsletter and store settings. Order emails go out through Resend, and media is served from Cloudflare R2.
