The challenge
Booking platforms tax every cover.
Fine-dining restaurants pay per guest, give up a cut of their deposits and watch their regulars get shown the place next door. VenueFloor had to give a restaurant its own reservation system instead, one the host stand, the manager and the owner could run from any screen, in the languages of a Gulf dining room, Arabic included.
What we built
We built the whole evening into one screen.
The service view shows every table coloured by what is happening right now (arriving, seated, late) and seats a party in one tap, with allergies, occasions and VIP notes on the booking. Requests arrive with the tables that fit already selected, the guest's past visits and no-shows, and a push notification; the restaurant approves, or switches to instant booking. Deposits apply only where they matter and are paid by card on Stripe straight into the restaurant's own account, with refunds following its cancellation rules. Each venue gets a booking page in its own colours at its own link, and the console and booking page mirror fully for right-to-left Arabic rather than sitting behind a translation layer.
03 · The outcome
VenueFloor runs as a self-serve product: a restaurant signs up, adds its tables and hours, shares its booking link, and keeps its guests, its deposits and its data.
